Rude air hostess ruined kids first flight experience

OR Tambo flight to King Shaka. Family of 5. Flight duration just over and hour. Refreshments service only got to us 57 minutes into flight. Kids busy eating bought sandwiches (only 1 x option available). Air hostess says they must put away tray. Asked for a minute to finish food we JUST received. Reply "THERE ARE OTHER AIRLINES YOU CAN USE". PS also no hot water for coffee/tea. Arrogant unprofessional.
