Rude agent kept cutting me off, dismissive attitude

Just spoke to a very rude agent. I tried to make an unaccompanied minor booking, she advised me as to the turn around time. I asked for my query to be escalated as a matter of urgency. This agent was extremely dismissive and not empathetic at all. Over and over, shekept shutting me down. It was like a tennis match where she was not interested in helping me at all, and wanted me to go away. I am trying to take part in the promotion today which I am going to miss. Our family will never use Flysafair. This woman was incredibly rude and kept cutting me off mid sentence, she didn't even listen actively to my requests. Poor customer service.
