We've been offloaded from a flight that was supposed to leave at 11:40 and we got to luggage check-in at 11:00. This is clearly a money making scheme, we've had to pay additional fees for standby but they're still selling tickets online for a later flight which they could easily move us to but for them to do that we'd have to pay even more. This is **************** especially during the trying times people are going through. This company robs it's customers and ensures they have absolutely nothing left. I will never use this flight again. The people don't even offer an alternative except to just be on standby and add more money just To wait for people who will miss their flight. No guarantee, its soo frustrating.
