<p>I booked two tickets for myself and my friend to fly out on the same day on the same flight. </p> <p>I booked my friends ticket first - paid for it and got it sorted.</p> <p>When I went back in to book my ticket, I was just asked for my card details again and made payment for my ticket. I then rialised that I had not been asked for my details as the passanger. When I checked my booking immediately after paying for it, I saw that the Safair website had retained my friends name and contact details for the ticket I had just booked for myself. In order for me to change the ticket to my name, I have to pay an additional R300 for a name change that needs to be done minutes within booking the ticket. So effed off! This is their policy and that is how they do it. Regardless of the fact that I made a new booking and their website had retained my friends details and not even prompted me to chage the details!</p>
