Just had another terrible experience with FlySafair. I booked tickets online and the payment went off. The problem is the payment went off twice so instead of R2300 it went off with another R2300 making it R4600. I also have no booking confirmation to support any of this payments. Now when trying to call FlySafair the call centre number is constantly engaged, it seems as if this company does not exist at all anymore and I cant speak to anyone to resolve my prediciment and I am noe R4600 out of pocket and have no one to turn to. Please be warned not to fall for this ****, use your money on something useful... Disgusted and Cheated !!!
