RIPPED OF BY AIRLINE

I am so disgusted by this airline.Yesterday I booked a flight for my boyfriend online,and after confirming the booking I realised that I had used my surname instead of his.I immediately phoned the airline to amend this error.I WAS THEN TOLD THAT I NEED TO PAY R300 to amend a ticket that costs R513.This airline is ripping people off.It was my first time booking with them and never again.They are ****S OUT TO CATCH PEOPLE OUT FOR MONEY
