Ridiculous Staff knowledge and mishandled issues

After a lovely long week holiday in Cape Town we arrived at the airport to do check in. We were assisted by one of the check in assistants. She proceeded to take our information and had a problem with the ticket printing maching where we waited for atleast 10min for it to get sorted where none of the other team members assisted her in printing the tickets. Although it was a small issue we remained patient, however after this she then asked how many bags I was checking in I said all 5 as there was 5 of us travelling, after sending through my bag of only 9.4kg she then asked how many bags we had paid for, to me this should already be on the system and not be questioned? I then wanted to continue sending the bags to which she then rep**** that i was only allowed to send in one more bag as i had sent one prior? when I started to question her as to why i was not informed that i was only allowed to send two bags prior to checking in my bag a lady by the name of Tammy took over, she then proceeded to tell me that i needed to make a choice when i requested then for her to return my bag she said she could not do that, however i had paid for 40kg to be checked in and yet was made to pay for the extra bag that had been sent which all in all where that was my hand luggage i would have been 5kgs under weight. Tammy corresponded with the manager/supervisor on duty and still refused to either bring back my luggage let it pass as it would have been my hand luggage anyway. I then repeatedly asked to see the supervisor which never came to attend to the situation. I was then forced to pay a further R250 after Tammy had said I would only need to pay R150. However while i went and go pay for the extra luggage my family was then confronted with Tammy asking if there were any magnetic materials in our bags, when they then said they had some small magnets as souveniers they were then told they were not allowed to take them in their checked luggage? I cannot understand how that can be an issue when it is sold inside the airports for passengers to take on board, however Tammy proceeded to call security which then confirmed that it is allowed and not a threat. With all that had happened I could not begin to comprehend how an airline like FlySafair can have staff who do not know the rules of the airport and how can not explain to clients what is meant to happen before dealing with luggage and then not have supervisors come to customers when they are requested. To then being asked not to mention any specific names if I chose to lay a complaint. I will never fly with this airline again and i will tell everyone i know just how terrible they are.
