Ridiculous rule by Safair re Check in luggage at King Shaka

I am at King Shaka airport. Ehen I wanted to checkin my bag 2hours and 40 mins before my flight, I was refused at the check-in counter. Apparently there is a rule, howevet unbeknown to the customer as it is not published, that you can only check in your bag maximum 2 hours befire your flight time. If this was known and properly published, I could have arranged my day differently. But, Flysafair decided to keep this a secret from their customers, for whatever reason. This must irate many passengers, including me. The result if this- I will not fly Safair again. Could also not speak to any agent to assist me in resolving my problem.
