Ridiculous Name Policy

Good day, take note I unfortunately had the displeasure of utilizing your services for the first time today at Lanseria airport, JHB. I booked my flight (Flight Number: FA303 - Lanseria - Cape Town) according to my nickname and ID number as usual, however at the check-in I was informed that I had to do a 'name change' as my names as per my ID document differed from my name as per my booking. I was forced by one Goodwill Makhanya (FlySafair employee) to pay a name-change fee of R300.00, despite the fact that the ID number on the booked-flight and ID document were identical. This is unacceptable and definitely not industry standard. Take note should I not be refunded in full by closing of business day Monday I will never use your services again and report this questionable behavior to the relevant authorities. Be guided accordingly. Regards.
