Ridiculous cost to correct passenger surname
Mispelled passenger surnames and they wantbti charge R600 to correct it on the app. I tried calling and was given a 10 min wait time. Instead, 34 minutes in and still no answer.

04 May 2023, 21:46This is absolutely ridiculous. I have tried calling several times. Waited with no answer. Tried call back option as well as whatsapp and still no help. I only need to correct the passengers surnames on the booking and not going to pay 600 via the app to do this.
