Ridiculous change charge, unable to cancel

Whatever you do, do NOT book with them. I had to make a booking change to a flight that is 2 months in the future. It was bad enough that I was told this would cost me R1200 extra, but then my card was charged R1900. Furthermore, when I called to just cancel the lot, I was told that I'd lose about 75% of what I paid, with the rest being refunded in FlySafair vouchers (what a joke)! The sense is that this company is just looking to make money off you by leaning on ridiculous costs that they justify by T's and C's. This is by far the least customer-friendly airline I've had to deal with to-date....even SAA had better service!
