Revolting customer service

Flysafair is trash! I was trying to fly an unaccompanied minor reached out on all platforms no response. 3 days later their agent Zodwa calls back and hangs up while I’m telling her I’m unhappy with their service! Somebody needs to tell them airlines go down if they don’t take care of their customers!
