Revolting behaviour by Safair
My almost 93 year old Mother flew from East London to OR Tambo on FA 249 - 15th Aug 2018 - REF : WWUGHW
1. The chap at East London airport who works with the wheel chairs was incredibly rude & unhelpful to my Mother - he should NOT be dealing with people, least of all disabled or elderlypeople - he should be fired, or moved to sweeping the run way - he's a nasty piece of work.
2. Despite the horrible treatment she received from the wheelchair man, my Mother was loaded onto the plane & assisted as requested on her booking.
3. Upon arriving at OR Tambo THERE WAS NO WHEELCHAIR FOR MY MOTHER & no-one seemed to give a damn about trying to find one. As a result my very frail Mother had to walk miles to the drop & go. This was incredibly stressful for her AND my disabled husband who was standing on crutches for more than an hour at the drop & go.
4. My husband had phoned the day before the flight to ask your attendants to ensure that my Mother was brought to the drop & go IN THE WHEELCHAIR as he was unable to get to the arrival hall, due to his disability.
My Mother & my entire family have used FLYSAFAIR for years & I've always told people what a great airline it is.
What the hell happened on 15th Aug ???? I am FURIOUS that you did this to my Mother & husband.
Kindly get back to me to explain your total dereliction on duty i.r.o. common decency & respect for the elderly & disabled
