Refusing to give me a refund

These guys are ****** in suits, made a booking yesterday unfortunately I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. On top of being charged R600 to cancel the booking. they refuse to refund my money but instead insisted that I should make another booking with them. Why charge 600 if you won't give me my money back, F###Ken ****** I tell you.
