Refused to Refund

I booked a flight on Flysafair going to Durban for a MSC cruise. Our lovely government decided to cancel all cruises leaving the Durban port. MSC refunded my money but Flysafair refused to refund my money. The manager Tshepis ***)was arrogant and told me it's not there problem that the government cancelled the cruises.
