Refused entry at boarder gate

If I could give zero starts I would.

An unexpected stomach bug hit me & I had to go to the bathroom before boarding. Gates closes 15minutes before the flight, I arrived 12 minutes before the flight (because of my unplanned trip to the bathroom)

FlySafAir refused to help me. They said I should have told them before I ran to the bathroom. Ended up being denied the flight, which I paid over 1k for, and now I'm forced to pay for a new flight.

The lack of support is sick. Women at the boarding desk didnt even want to call down to the plane to ask them if I can still come one. They just plainly refused to help me.

Terrible terrible terrible service. Will never fly SafAir again
