Refused boarding _ Near Death experience _ Delayed flight( ALL IN ONE DAY !!!!!!)

<p>We booked flights from Lanseria to Cape Towm and back again... When we boarded the plane on Friday morning at Lanseria airport we waited for passengers to board 5 MINUTES to take off, yet we were told we cannot board the plane on Sunday evening due to being late, we were at check in at 19.00 and flight to leave at 19.30, yet 2 of our friends that were travelling on a Mango flight was allowed to board and their flight was schudueled for the exact same time.... We were left stranded at the airport with no money for accomadation as we had to use our last to rebook our flight, no compassion was shown , no emphathy , nothing !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>We rebooked our flight for the next morning, and yet again 5 MINUTES to take off we were waiting for passengers , so I really dont understand how stuff work at FlySafair, we were inconvenienced by spending the whole night at the airport yet others are allowed ro board 5 minutes before take off??????</p> <p> </p> <p>As we took off we heard unusual sounds coming from the plane, the flight attendents and pilot didnt seem to worry , only after being 40 minutes in the air , the pilot informed us that the doors are unable to seal properly ???!!!! 40 minutes in the air and we have to turn back .... it was their duty to have all these things checked before people boarded the plane instead they risk peoples lives to live up to their motto " ON TIME ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE".... what would have happened if the door went open during the flight???? Landing back at Cape Town International Airport , we were booked on the next flight, but some people were forced to land in O R Tambo when they intially booked and made plans for Lanseria , Flysafair does not take into consideration the cost implications they put their customers through, </p> <p>It seems our well being and lives are not of importance to Flysafair </p>
