Refusal boarding pass

? got to boarding que at 5:35am and was refused boarding flight FA2002 which was departing a 5:55am. I went to Safair offices at the airport and was offered a flight at 12:30 for an additional R1000 . The service provider were non Interested in offering any form Of aassistance except the above mention re flightschedule. There was a gentlemenand his family in front of us that was on time 45min before departure and too did not get on this flight. I have his details as well as 3 people behind me inthe line. I missed my meeting due to this incident subsequently lost a business deal. <br> <br> Can you be of any assistance. Thank you for your time.
