Refund/Voucher

I had made a mistake when I made a booking online from King Shaka International airport and saw on the day that I had booked a wrong date, I tried to change the date or get the voucher as per their protocols but still failed. I had made a booking for the 11th of August as posed to be the 13th of August and yet they told me that I could not make anything about that date and thats how I lost R3500. I had to book the flight again and this time around I was charged R5800 from King Shaka to Cape Town.

Rude service I got. from the lady at the desk was something I cannot explain, she hated that I was complaing and did not even hear what I wanted to say, she just said she had so much she needs to do so I should just buy another ticked or move along hence she has people waiting on the line.
