Refund request

We did a double for flights round trip Jhb-PE. Departing Johannesburg on the 6th January 2019 and returning on the 10th January. On the same day we contacted FlySafair & eSky travel to notify them and requested a refund for the one set of tickets. Passenger 1: Mbali Vilakazi Passanger 2: Given Matshinye

Ive called eSky numerous times on the the 29th Dec, agent 1208, Bart promised to call me back to this day no response. FlySafair confirmed they’ve done the refund but esky have failed in helping me as they should credit the funds back into my account because the airline cancelled the 2nd flights. FlySafair have not confirmed if the case is closed and how they’ll assist as the carrier or airline. Please could you assist us in getting a refund for the tickets made via the agent Esky. We have also selected priority seats with the tickets booked directly with the airline and want to keep that booking.
