Refund of R250

My partner and I have been treated unfairly by FlySafair.

We were at King Shaka airport , the staff at the boarding gate asked us to pay R250 for a bag he said because of the bags dimension we had to pay the suitcase is not big wasn’t heavy , I asked if we pay for dimension or weight at the airport he could not answer there were people with big luggages and when I enquired about those he said even if the bag weighs more than 7kg it doesn’t matter my suitcase is a normal suitcase and when we got off there was someone with the same suitcase and dimension as mine she took out the suitcase from the compartment but I had to pay for mine why ? We would like to have the refund back and also please do pay for my bag that you guys broke. The service we received in Durban was pathetic , your staff is very rude and I personally felt that were undermined
