Refund not processed

Usually use FlySafair for my flights, but due to an error on their app I paid to transfer a booking but it never tranferred. And I spoke to Customer Care since mid January this year, and the voucher they keep on sending doesn’t come through to my email or backup email. I can’t understand this continuous system failure and now I have to continue calling and emailing to ask to resend a voucher that is never coming through?

This is truly unacceptable!
