Refund from system glitch

Onthe 16 Feb I booked a flight with this FlySafair, they deducted my money but an error occurred as the status of booking did not change to paid, instead it kept on requesting me to make payment. I contacted them and I was told there was a system glitch with PayU and the money will be refunded. Now I am being sent from pillar to post to get my refund, and I need this money to book another ticket. It have been over 24 hours, this is such a huge inconvenience from my side. They even have the gut to request me to call Capitec, without any authorization letter. I NEED MY REFUND!!!
