Refund for the flight that is cancelled.

Good Day,<br> <br> I have booked the flight with flysafair from JHB to PE return on the 30th Oct. I got a email stating that the return flight to JHB was moved from 08:40 to 20:55. My hotel accommodation was booked only for Saturday night.<br> <br> I have been contacting the call centre from the 10th Nov.<br> <br> 10th Nov - Spoke with Palesa, she stated that it will take 20 days to get my refund<br> 11th Nov - Spoke with Daan, stated that Palesa has not done cancellation and promised that an email with confirmation that the money will be refund will be sent to me the same day. Requested that the cancellation should reflect it on the website. he mentioned that it will take 7 - 10 days for refund. <br> 24th Nov - Spoke to Palesa, She has promised that an email will be send today<br> <br> I would like to do another booking and I cannot do it as I haven't received the refund money. I would appreciate if I can receive the money to make another booking.<br> <br> Would appreciate if I can get assistances to get my refund back.<br> <br>
