Refund a nightmare

The refund process is terrible that voucher nonsense is daylight *******. This airline definitely do not want people to come back. Taking money is so fast but returning it is something they cannot seem to do. That's why they have cheap flights because others money ofset the amounts. Give the people their refund and let them chose if they want a voucher or not it's someone else's money not yours.
