Reckless damage of my luggage bag

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of a complaint I submitted in November 2024 concerning severe damage to my luggage during a Fly SA flight. Despite promptly reporting the issue and providing all necessary documentation, the matter remains unresolved to date.

The damage to my luggage was extensive and rendered the bag unusable. I submitted a report immediately upon arrival and followed all required procedures. However, the investigation into the matter appears to have been inadequate or entirely absent. Furthermore, the compensation offered was significantly below the value of the damaged item and would not cover even the smallest travel bag of the same brand
