Really disappointed

Poor service from Flysafair since their website has been down for 3 DAYS!! I have to change a booking since my original flight has been cancelled.. Oh wait, can't do that. I would really like to check in online.. Oh wait, can't do that either. I can only imagine what a nightmare the check-in lines will be. :(
