Rather strap your luggage to your body..!!

Worst airline ever.. My loved one landed in JHB this afternoon, alone, apparently the luggage management is so bad that flight attendants really just "DUMP" your luggage outside once landed without ensuring seat number allocations are taken into account and ensuring the correct luggage is handed back to the owner.. She has been stranded @ the airport now for more than 3 hours hoping the person who stole/mistakenly took her luggage would return (Let's face it, this is Africa), all this while she had prior work meetings scheduled and she is in tears as everything she had packed/lost has to be purchased again, for thousands, you know, because money grows on trees in this country.. Never again..
