Rather Pay R50 more and DONT BOOK WITH SAFAIR !!

I was flying back from George last week and while I was in the queue waiting to be checked in, the boarding time hit exactly closing time and they refused to check us in to the flight saying we were late. The best part of it all was that there were still people behind me in the queue !! So yes they had to make us book a new flight which we had to pay for, but what they don't understand is the extra day car rental, accommodation, food etc. costs. And to top it all off I missed work and received a Written Warning from work !! But what do they care !!After many emails and phone calls they just say its my fault and wont even pay anything back or apologize to me !! Take my advice and rather pay the R50 or R100 extra and fly with another company and you will never have this problem !! I do hope that I can reach enough people to make this company feel the impact of how disgusted I am at them !!
