R10 flights ****???

What a disappointing day. Firstly i have been logged off so many times by Flysafair that i am constantly thrown to the back of their queue system. Really not fair. I have spent the day trying to buy tickets for my kids to Cape Town.. What a waste of time, energy and data... I have been logged on with my phone and computer and still i keep getting thrown to the back of THEIR queue... Heather *** Very unhappy customer.. Might have to switch airlines
