R1 sale tickets online booking JOKE

Dear Safair. Thank you for wasting about 10 hours of my life trying to book your R1 ticket special. After trying from 08h00 till 13h00 I asked 8 of my friends to help me to book a ticket to Cape Town, Not one of us could access your website. Eventually I managed to get into the website around 14h00 but I could not even end off the booking. Your site bombed me out every time. How is this for statistics? All 9 of us could not book 1 ticket for the whole day. So my friends told me not to worry the sale is extended till today noon due to the technical problems your website had. This morning when I checked all the sale tickets were sold out. So WHO bought the 30 000 tickets when no one could access your website. I would rather in future not venture into the unknown and rather stick to Mango and Kulula as I booked the R1 mango special tickets without any problems in the past. Way to Go Safair...wasting people's time like that......
