R1 Promotion = Epic Fail

Dear Safair! I just wanted to let you know that I wasted hours of my life trying to make a ticket purchase from your website.<br> <br> After many hours of trying to access your site, then tediously making numerous attempts to navigate through the booking process (during which it kept bombing out), and when I eventually made it to the payments page it would continuously bomb out again. Eventually I gave up after 1am and tried again at 6am this morning, only to find that all the tickets assigned to the route I wanted were sold out!<br> <br> This campaign has done more to tarnish your reputation than promote it. Everyone I have spoken has nothing good to say about your marketing ploy. I am super annoyed that your lack of planning and foresight cost me hours and brought about extreme frustration for myself, and many others. It is common sense to expect that your website would have heavy traffic with a promotion such as this, so why did you not plan accordingly?!<br> <br> If you can't even plan a marketing campaign properly, I am not sure if I feel comfortable getting on one of your planes. Perhaps take the time to investigate things fully before trying something like this in the future!
