R1 Deal double payment

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> <br> I previously sent emails to you with regards to a payment issue that took place during the R1 offer. <br> <br> <br> I tried to book the first time and got as far as the payment process when the webpage crashed on me. The payment took place but i did not receive any proof of payment deu to the crashing site. I booked a second time and went through the process again.
