Prompt and friendly customer service!

I contacted the general feedback email service at Safair, and while I have had trouble with getting a response from Safair in the past, I had an email reply from Natasha so quickly, and the issue was resolved in less than a day, by email alone.<br> <br> I am so impressed, having been on the flight that had to make an emergency landing, I am happy to deal with Safair regardless in the future and trust that they are doing everything they can to make their customers' experiences better.<br> <br> Thanks a lot Natasha!
