Problems with refund from FlySafair

Due to the death of a family member I could not take a flight booked with FlySafair. After supplying all the required documentation, I received an automated email response that the request was being evaluated but no response thereafter. Despite several attempts to contact their service department, there is no feedback after several weeks.
