Priority Services = Biggest ****

I am extremely disappointed with the priority services I paid for. Whilst waiting in the priority check-in line, a FlySafair steward at OR tambo moved over 50 people from the normal check-in line to infront of me which resulted in a 40min wait. If that wasn't bad enough, the priority boarding queue to get onto the plane was closed and everyone was meant to stand in the same line.

So my question is, why must I pay for priority services if they aren't going to benefit me in any way? The biggest **** I have ever seen!
