"Priority boarding" dumbest idea ever

"Priority boarding" has got to be the dumbest idea ever. Clearly a decision at executive level for their own benefit and to "squeeze" revenue.

Gates open and 95%+ of the passengers who are waiting in line are unable to move because nothing happens until priority passengers have gone through the gates. Yet the bus waits outside for everyone else to fill it up before it moves.

Unfortunately this comes across as a tactic that will have similar results to what we have seen with Multichoice where it p*sses customers off.
