Predictable Delay

I trust you are well, I am deeply disappointed and distraught with regards to punctuality of your airline as marketed as 'SA's most punctual airline". My wife and I boarded flight flight FA 286 OR to Durban, booking ref U28HO2, which was scheduled to leave OR Tambo at 06h00, we then heard an announcement from the pilot that due to ice on the aircraft we would have to wait for the sun to rise in order to leave, this resulted in a 2 hour delay which inturn caused me to additional financial implications and a delayed arrival for my meeting in Durban, I had booked the earliest flight as possible in order to avoid any delays, taking this event into consideration my business with your company will cease as this is a predictable and may of been avoidable. I look forward to your response.
