Postponement/refund

I’ve made booking from OR Tambo to Cape Town (9-12 April 2020), I have asked for the refund and they gave me two options to choose from. I asked for clarification on one of the options(16-03-20), sent emails more than 3 times and they didn’t respond back. I tried calling them but the phone only rings one and got cut off. Please help.
