Port-Elizabeth Flysafairs Nightmare

If I had the option not to choose a star I wouldn't have chosen one. We got at Port Elizabeth Airport at 18:00 and were told we can't board the flight but departure time was only at 19:50 how can you tell people with a smile you've lost you money that you've paid. Aked for the flight manager who refused to help as I feel they have already occupied our seats that's why they couldn't help us. This was my worst experience in my life, they have no customer service at all. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all. The flight manager Emanuel didn't even have a proper excuse to give I'm very unhappy with there extremely poor service.
