Poor treatment for frequent flyers

What a savage way to travel. No loyalty to frequent flyers. Forced to fly this airline to and from PE every week. Only fly this low cost ******* if you have no other alternative. Randomly change seating arrangements even on full planes when if makes no difference. A frequent flyer checks in early for a reason.
