Poor treatment for customers who has a problem

On way back to Durban from Johannesburg when we checked in our bags early. When I got home I realised that my suitcase was tamped with and some jewelry was ****** from a cosmetic bag. When I called to report it there was no help I had to send a email with a response that they cannot do anything I must go get a case number from the police station just for them to look in the matter.
