Poor treatment by cabin crew

I was on a flight from Durban to Lanseria tonight 23 April 2022. Flight FA 477. I had a passenger seated in front of me who talked incessantly and very loudly . I could not hear any anouncements that were made. About half way through the flight, I politely asked the lady not talk when the captain makes an announcement. That is just common decency. It was a reasonable request. She ignored me and just carried on. Near the end of the flight, announcements were being made and I could not hear, so I touched thd lady's shoulder to get her attention and asked her to just let me hear the announcement. She and the woman she was with proceeded then to verbally attack me and harass me. I called the air hostess, who did not seem to have the insight into what was happening and she started to attack me as well. She then called the person in charge and he then did not bother to listen to me, but sided with his colleague and decided I was the problem and I needed to be moved. I refused, it was minutes to landing. So I was the victim and then I got blamed as well. When I disembarked I told the air hostess I would report the matter. She rudely and spitefully the me to "go do it", so here it is. Not professional behaviour in my opinion. She took a racial stand on it. It was not a racial issue at all, it was a safety issue. If you cannot hear anouncements, how safe is such a flight? How safe is a passenger at the mercy of cabin crew that have poor insight and understanding, show poor judgement in my opinion and who is not is not in control of passengers? What is the point if making anouncements if passengers can't hear them? Why bother at all?
