Poor staff and escalated pricing

ALTHOUGH I HAD DONE ONLINE CHECK IN IWAS PERHAPS 5 MIN LATE COMING FROM AN INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT.I WAS REFUSED TO CHECK MY BAGS IN AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE FLIGHTS ARE ONLY THE NEXT MORNING.Your staff at the counter was extremely ride and arrogant.To leave soamy people on that flight stranded is unacceptable.Further more the flights for next day have gone up cos of Covid to R2000.I will be reporting you and your company to the national treasury as I have got screenshots of both prices before and after the Covid lockout.So now the guest are stranded and have no flights to dbn.Will u give me a refund or book them on a flight tomorrow
