Poor services!

I'm just glad your competitors are back on business, at least I won't have to deal with your *********** staff that has no sense of urgency for consumers. The arrogance came with knowing that we had no choice. On top of that you never even responded to my complaint I sent it twice on two different platforms, to date you never bothered with feedback.
