Poor service from staff

I received terrible service and pure disrespect from Mr Gumunyu and his supervisor at the PLZ airport. The lack of customer service and humanity showed by My Gumunyu while displaying utter arrogance is dispicable.

The gentleman treated me unfairly with the most level of unprofessionalism.
