Poor service from FLYSAFAIR.

Flight FA 141 from East London to Cape Town delayed 6 hours on the 04 March 2018. There was no communication given to us as to why the flight was delayed. We had to sleep in Cape Town since the time we arrived in Cape Town there was no transport to my area which is 380 km from Cape Town. I still would like to know what was the cause of the delay.
