Poor service encountered with Flysafair

I have booked a flight which departure from OR Tambo to King Shaka time is 19:25pm , I have checked in before an hour which date was 13 May 2022. Seated on boarder gate D2 which is correct boarding gate. At 18h00 came a flight from flysafair and left at 18:34pm while I was already seated I looked at the time said to myself, that not my flight cuz it was early. And not even one of the crew came and checked our boarder pass. Waited thinking maybe the flight has delayed when it was around 8pm I started to look for enquiries from Flysafair to check with them maybe if there's any problem when I got there the guy with no name tag asked for my reference and I gave him so that he checks if there was a flight or what. Then Boom the flight that has left around 18:34 it was the last flight and it left me. Then asked for the supervisor or manager a lady called Noxolo came to me I told her everything but guess what I was not assisted other then giving me more problems. I told her I have to be home can she make an alternative arrangement so that I get home. Her response was there's nothing she can do cause they cannot refund me without her going to check the camera footage whether I was there waiting the flight or I just miss the flight because I was sitted in the wrong boarder gate. I was not assisted after that she told me that they are closing around 22h00 and there's nothing she can do cuz she has to go it either I wait for the morning flight and pay èxtra R300 that was her finale word they close the offices and left me stranded like that. Im in so much pain and please assist me in solving this issue cuz now it seems like they having a huge problem of making customers to suffer. While they have been making a business with flysafair. Cause I have asked around the airport security while I had no where to go they said to me it now becoming a.trend that flysafair is giving customers poor service with no alternative ending up not assisted without paying fee to change flight.
