Poor service delivery in Cape Town Airport

I would like to express my greatest disappointment with a service level received from Cape Town Int Airport on 20 August 2017 from Flysafair. We were scheduled to fly with flight 302 if not mistaken, departing at 08h35 to Lanseria. The flight experienced some technical engine problems that we all understood but what followed was terrible. * Communication was bad except the good one we had from the captain on the plain. After we left the buses, no one was there to tell us what and where we must go for a while. Our bags no one knew if we were supposed to collect them or they were taken care of until they were eventually abandoned on floor up stairs at infront of Flysafair check points. We were all there but looking at check point lessoninh to the supervisor talking. What they got lost? Who was going take responsibility? Most of us were waiting for further directions/ instructions at checking in points Communication there at checking point was not consistant, not equal. Some were receiving vouchers while some were running around trying to avoid not to be left behind while others were checking in on other airlines with assistance of some Flysafair staff members. I had a son, autistic son who needs constant and vigillant supervision. He cant talk, hyper active and hungry. I could not divide myself to get him to the rest rooms not to talk about food for I was fearing to be left behind worse since there was talks about others to fly next day (Monday). On the other hand thumbs up to thre OR Tambo Fkysafair staff for the good service. We are now (15h00 -,since we left home at 6h00 no food nothing) on our way to Lanseria were some of us must go pass there to collect our cars, pay extra money for parking. " No body's fault we understand but please guyz improve the communication and treat all your clients equally. **********
