Poor service
Missed flight due to emigration systems mulfunction- arrived at boarding gate 10 min before flight yet was refused- safair staff and Menzies agency absolutely rude
Never use Safair.

16 Dec 2024, 13:40Dealt with Megan at the ticket sales and explained to her situation that the delay was from customs due to system malfunction- NOT INTERESTED- exactly the attitude that the SAA staff had and see where is SAA today… very disappointed- probably first and last flight with SAFAIR
